We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role is perfect for candidates with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in advertising and media sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and reaching out to potential advertisers, agencies, and brands.
- Forecasting revenue objectives through effective account management.
- Pitching Hamara Brand Platform advertising solutions (Display, Video, Native, Performance, etc.).
- Understanding client requirements and proposing suitable media plans.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinating with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management) for smooth execution.
- Tracking campaign performance and sharing reports with clients.
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintaining CRM and sales pipeline records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing/online advertising (preferred).
- Self-driven and motivated, with a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in data analytical tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Experience in media entertainment, E-Commerce, BFSI, fintech, cryptocurrency, telecom, fitness tech, home, and education books is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
